Hiring | Meat Procurement Manager
Location: Downtown Vancouver

We are looking for someone experienced in meat and seafood purchasing to join our team.
This role is for someone who truly understands:
- Beef, pork, lamb, chicken, seafood, etc.
- Different cuts, quality, sourcing, and pricing
- Local and national suppliers and purchasing channels
- Cost control without sacrificing quality
Our restaurant concept includes Japanese grill, BBQ, hotpot/malatang, and other high-volume food programs, so we need someone who understands both product quality and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Source and manage suppliers
- Control food cost and purchasing quality
- Develop stable supply channels
- Work closely with kitchen and operations teams
- Support menu costing and product planning
Preferred:
- Experience in restaurant or food service purchasing
- Strong supplier network in Vancouver
- Understanding of inventory and supply chain
- Good communication and negotiation skills
