Our clinic is located in downtown Toronto (along the TTC subway line) and we provide services to clients of all ages & abilities. We are looking for a team player who possesses a can-do attitude, a friendly & outgoing personality, and pleasant phone manner.

Your Responsibilities
- You will be the face of our downtown clinic; the first point of contact for new and existing clientele
- Greeting & assisting clients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Coordinate and maintain clinician appointment calendars
- Work in tandem with our clinicians to provide a seamless visit for our clients
- Handle daily communication with new & existing clients
- Maintain client communication records
- Maintain general tidiness of the reception & clinical spaces
Your Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative & clerical support, and knowledge of general office procedures and practices
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy
- Love of customer service and engaging with people from a variety of backgrounds & ages
- Proficient with software such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, databases, and email (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Able to operate office equipment such as printers and photocopiers and ensure they are routinely maintained
- Powerful command of the English language, both written & spoken
- Experience with those on the Autism Spectrum or other special needs is an asset
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
