GEI Consultants is a trusted leader in engineering, environmental, and scientific consulting services across North America. Our teams work on meaningful projects that support communities, infrastructure, and long-term environmental resilience. As we continue to grow across Ontario, we are looking for a Branch Manager to lead and support our London office.
This role is an opportunity to combine leadership, mentorship, client engagement, and operational oversight while helping strengthen GEI's presence in the region.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for the London branch while supporting project delivery, team development, and regional growth initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and leadership across GEI to ensure strong operational performance and continued collaboration.
We are looking for someone who brings strong leadership, consulting experience, and a collaborative mindset.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties

Provide leadership and operational oversight for the London branch
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment -
Support project delivery by ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations are met

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships across the region

Mentor and support employee development across various disciplines and experience levels

Collaborate with other GEI offices to share resources, expertise, and best practices

Support business development initiatives, proposals, and regional growth opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
-
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario preferred
-
10+ years of experience in engineering and/or environmental consulting

Previous leadership or team management experience

Strong understanding of consulting operations and project delivery

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Collaborative leadership style with a solutions-focused mindset

Valid driver's license and access to transportation
