Your Role
As a Security Concierge, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
- Monitor and control building access
- Register visitors, contractors, and deliveries
- Monitor CCTV systems and building security systems
- Respond professionally to resident inquiries and concerns
- Receive and document packages and deliveries
- Monitor fire panels and life safety systems
- Conduct property inspections and patrols as required
- Complete daily reports, incident reports, and occurrence documentation
- Liaise professionally with Property Management, residents, emergency services, and contractors
- Assist during emergencies and building incidents
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

What You Bring
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computers, email, and reporting software
- Experience in condominium concierge, hospitality, customer service, or security environments is considered an asset
- Availability to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous condominium concierge experience
- Previous residential security experience
- Experience with access control systems
- Experience with CCTV systems
- Experience working with property management teams
- Knowledge of condominium operations and emergency procedures
