Flowline Plumbers is looking for a skilled Licensed Plumber to join our team as an Independent Contractor Partner.
This role is ideal for an experienced plumber who wants steady job opportunities without having to handle the full burden of marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, inbound calls, and dispatch. Flowline Plumbers handles the marketing and customer flow. You focus on delivering high-quality plumbing work in the field.
This is a profit-share partnership role with strong earning potential for the right person. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview and may increase based on reliability, workmanship, professionalism, customer service, and long-term fit.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional plumbing services for residential and light commercial customers.
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards.
- Attend dispatched jobs in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly with customers and represent Flowline Plumbers professionally on-site.
- Provide accurate assessments, recommendations, and job details after inspecting plumbing issues.
- Complete approved plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service work.
- Keep work areas clean and ensure each job is completed with care and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with Flowline dispatch regarding job status, scheduling updates, pricing, and completion details.
- Maintain required tools, equipment, licensing, insurance, and transportation.
- Help create a strong customer experience that leads to repeat business, referrals, and positive reviews.
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in Ontario.
- Proper insurance coverage required to operate as an independent contractor.
- Proven experience with plumbing repair, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems; light commercial experience is an asset.
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and explain solutions clearly to customers.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Own tools and equipment required to complete plumbing service work.
- Strong communication skills and a professional customer-facing attitude.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage field work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship.
Compensation
This is an independent contractor partnership opportunity with a profit-share compensation structure.
