KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Systems Implementation & Evolution
- Collaborate with functional analysts to configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, LMS, Performance, Succession) and the Avature CRM platform.
- Contribute to defining target processes and configuring them within the systems.
Support data migration activities (validation, cleansing, testing).
- Participate in system testing (UAT), document issues, and ensure follow-up.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
- Perform regular audits and document critical configurations.
- Participate in special projects and other initiatives as required.
User Support & Enablement
- Support users in adopting new systems and processes.
Design and deliver training, guides, and documentation tailored to different user levels.
- Proactively manage support requests, prioritizing based on organizational impact.
- Manage user access and HR data governance rules.
In collaboration with functional analysts, coordinate with IT teams on system integrations.
Technology Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and new features to recommend enhancements.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Pomerleau’s Talent 360 strategy.
- Participate in HRIS communities of practice and stay informed on HR technology and AI trends.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRIS, analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SAP certification and implementation experience are strong assets).
- Experience with an ATS or recruitment CRM (Avature is a major asset).
- Knowledge of the construction industry or a multi-site environment (asset).
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors – in-depth expertise in at least two modules.
- Skills in process automation and system integration (APIs, middleware).
Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) (asset).
- Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
Soft Skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in deliverables.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a matrix environment alongside IT, Finance, and HR operations teams.
