In Good Spirits Co. bar is situated at 81 Bay St., on the forth floor at Table Food Hall.
We are looking to add a cook to our small kitchen team. The menu focuses mostly on tacos and simple bar snacks. We make almost all items from scratch (including our bread, sauces and ice creams).
We also provide food and beverage service to events hosted within the food hall space as well as occasional off-site functions.
We are looking for a motivated and keen individual to be part of the kitchen team. We want people with a willingness to be flexible with their skills and the desire to learn more.
Skills required, and duties include (but are not limited to):
- Preparing all menu items, maintaining stock levels and labeling and rotating food products.
- Keeping tidy and organized throughout the day, especially during service.
- Having a strong understanding of food safety.
- Being comfortable working in a small team, and have the ability to work alone/self manage on occasion (good time management).
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in and around the kitchen.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
