Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of underground infrastructure construction, and a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics. Duties
- Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and correspondences to facilitate accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction planning and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in pipe jacking, shoring, sewer and water construction is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$48.71 per hour
