The On Side Restoration Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Recruiter. Primarily supporting talent attraction activities with a focus on sourcing Staff positions while also supporting Operations hiring, the Recruiter will be an active and integral member of the operations and HR Team.

As a Recruiter you will make a difference by sourcing, hiring, and onboarding high volumes of quality candidates.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000
- Salary based on skills, qualifications and experience
What You’ll Do
- Representing On Side Restoration to job seekers, hiring managers and the general public.
- Working with internal recruiting systems and procedures to manage the entire recruiting cycle.
- Writing recruitment related documentation.
- Managing social media.
- Building rapport and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers and Corporate Stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a high-volume recruiting environment (50+ positions).
- Excitement about working in a brand-new position at a rapidly expanding company.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly (incl. Microsoft Teams, SmartSheets, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Avanti Applicant Tracking System).
- Experience with Indeed.
- Strong data entry and administrative skills, with experience maintaining accurate records and tracking data in Smartsheet and/or Excel.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A background in training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to think independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems proactively.
- AI-savvy, with an understanding of when and how to leverage AI tools effectively and responsibly to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Fully bilingual in French & English: Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
- Flexibility to work in various time zones across Canada.
- Post-secondary education in human resources or business administration experience is an asset.
