We are looking for an Service advisor to join our team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls and response emails in timely manner.
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listening to customers concerns to provide as accurate information possible for Repair Order processing.
- Scheduling appointments for customers.
- Prepare repair order, source required parts using a variety of web based platforms.
- Finalize repair orders and collect payments.
- Arrange follow up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction, reminders and scheduling future appointments.
- Light housekeeping duties to ensure the work area is clean.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lower Sackville, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
