Account Manager – Western Canada
Territory: Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia, and surrounding Western Canadian regions
Travel Requirement: Frequent travel required throughout Western Canada
Position Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships throughout Western Canada. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, follow-up, and customer service while developing new business opportunities and maintaining a strong field presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer accounts across Western Canada.
- Travel regularly to customer sites, mines, and offices to maintain relationships and provide support.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions, concerns, service coordination, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and onsite visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and support territory growth.
- Coordinate with internal sales, service, and parts teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Follow up on quotations, equipment deliveries, service work, and customer inquiries.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and territory activity.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, outside sales, or customer relations preferred.
- Mining, construction, industrial, or heavy equipment industry experience considered an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems considered an asset.
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
