Position Execution Analyst (CSR) – HYBRID
Address: Mississauga ON
Hours Looking for flexible candidates between the following times/days of the week: Available anytime between 12am to 7pm Sunday to Saturday- need to be comfortable working days, afternoons or nights.
** will be given a set schedule, 8 hour days (5 Days/week) OR 4 10 hour shifts a week - the key here is having flexibility
Pay Rate $24/hr
Notes Hybrid – Mon-Thurs in office, Fridays WFH
Must be able to pass a crim check
KEYS TO FILLING:
- 3 years of current Customer Service/Operations experience – the ideal candidates will come from Transportation Industry, Dispatch, Customer Service anywhere that they have dealt with carriers, drivers and tracked/traced freight.
- Flawless communication skills
- Analytical mindset and be able to present data
- Must have strong excel skills – Charting & Pivot Tables (will teach VLookups)
- Must be able to pass a crim check
Execution Analyst, Visibility
The Execution Analyst position within the Visibility team in Domestic Transportation department is responsible for proactively monitoring outbound store deliveries across Canada and ensuring exceptional customer service to our stores and carriers through the Visibility call center. This position responds to any impacts affecting timely delivery and works closely with internal Dispatch team members, stores and our carrier partners to develop revised delivery plans whenever necessary. The Execution Analyst also supports the data integrity and accuracy of store delivery information within the tracking systems used by internal and external parties (JDA/Insight). This team supports 24/7 operations, and so offers a significant variety of possible shifts, but requires shift flexibility based on changing or temporary business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Staff the Visibility phone queue, providing the best possible information and customer service for stores, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively perform load monitoring tasks to prevent, identify, resolve and communicate any load delays, issues, or conflicts.
- Ensure the integrity of the information within the tracking systems (JDA/Insight).
- Provide operational status updates for management and other internal stakeholders as required
- Provide input and recommendations on business processes and/or technical issues
- Contribute to identification, analysis, improvement, and recommendations of solutions (systems and process)
- Analyse various topics as assigned (data and process), from the simple to the complex, presenting findings, including key information and issues, as well as potential solutions.

- Strong service quality awareness and commitment
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to multi task and juggle changing priorities on a daily and hourly basis
- Strong objective decision making / problem solving skills
- Proven PC knowledge & aptitude, ability to learn multiple new systems
- Flexible hours depending on business requirements
