Solange Medical Aesthetics is seeking a professional, results-driven Medical Aesthetician to join our Hamilton clinic. This role combines exceptional client care with consultation, treatment planning, and sales performance.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about aesthetics, confident in conducting consultations, and motivated to help clients achieve their goals through customized treatment recommendations. The successful candidate will understand the importance of client education, retention, and revenue growth while maintaining the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and skin assessments
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and maintenance plans
- Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products and treatment packages
- Promote clinic memberships, packages, and promotional offers
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Generate referrals, reviews, and repeat business through exceptional client experiences
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Contribute to clinic revenue goals through effective consultation and client retention practices
Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets
- Achieve consultation conversion goals
- Maintain strong client retention and rebooking rates
- Promote treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products
- Support clinic initiatives designed to drive growth and client satisfaction
- Contribute positively to overall clinic performance and culture
Qualifications Required
- Medical Aesthetician Diploma or equivalent certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A client-focused approach to service and care
Preferred
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics environment
- Experience with laser hair removal treatments
- Experience performing chemical peels and advanced facial treatments
- Experience with body contouring and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Consultation and sales experience
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products
