Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Corporate Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, customer service, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex travel arrangements for corporate clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Fluency in both English and another language is essential to effectively communicate with diverse clients and vendors. Duties
- Coordinate and book comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and special requests for corporate clients.
- Provide personalized travel consulting to optimize client preferences and company policies.
- Manage bookings efficiently using industry-leading systems while maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Offer expert advice on hotel options, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and other travel-related services based on client needs.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best rates and accommodations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to advise clients effectively.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional services or upgrades that benefit clients and the company.
Experience
- Proven experience as a corporate travel agent or in a similar role within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of upselling or promoting additional services.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle complex client requests professionally.
- Hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable to provide comprehensive travel solutions.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Familiarity with booking systems, global distribution systems (GDS), and related software tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, visa processes, and destination-specific requirements is advantageous.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
