Responsibilities:
Check in/out arrivals and departures
Books and manages reservations
Field guest requests, inquires, and complaints
Focus on guest service
Complete general administration duties, including basic accounting
Provide advice and guidance about locale and attractions
Understand hotel policies, procedures, and rates
Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:
Fluent English, written and verbal
Proficient computer skills
Previous experience preferred
Valid work visa/permit, permanent residence status, or Canadian citizenship

Driver's Abstract & 3 years insurance history, if applicable

- Our staff accommodation is a shared, dormitory-style environment where up to 13 team members live together and share common spaces. Bedrooms are shared with one roommate, and pets or family members (including spouses) are not permitted. Staff accommodation costs $15.00-17.00 a day (depending on property) and doesn't include prepared food/meal. Team members are expected to provide their own food and prepare it themselves.
