The Company has developed an asset-light operating model focused on distribution, technology, customer acquisition, and brand development rather than cultivation and production. Through its growing portfolio of proprietary brands and international commercial relationships, Herbal Dispatch is building a scalable platform that connects consumers, patients, retailers, distributors, and international partners across multiple cannabis markets.
Position Summary
The Brand Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of all brand, marketing, product launch, and commercialization activities across Herbal Dispatch’s medical and recreational business segments.
The role serves as the bridge between product development, marketing, and sales, ensuring that all brands, products, campaigns, materials, and market initiatives are properly developed, positioned, and launched before being transitioned to the Company’s sales teams for execution.
The Brand Manager is responsible for building brand awareness, supporting customer acquisition, developing commercialization strategies, and creating the tools and programs necessary to support revenue growth across both medical and recreational channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Portfolio Management
Lead the development and growth of the Company’s proprietary brands:
Buzz - Value-oriented; craft-quality cannabis products at accessible price points.
Chomp - Edibles-focused; approachable, flavour-forward products designed for broad consumer appeal.
Happy Hour - Lifestyle-oriented; products designed for social and occasion-based consumption.
Northern Drip - Concentrates-focused; premium extracts and innovative cannabis formats for experienced consumers.
TN - Modern cannabis brand focused on emerging consumer preferences, innovation, and category expansion.
Responsibilities include:
- Brand strategy and positioning

Medical Commercialization
- Develop customer acquisition campaigns and marketing initiatives for the Company’s medical and veteran-focused platforms.
- Develop sales and marketing assets to support the medical channels.
- Support referral, partnership, and educational marketing programs.
- Support CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing activities.
Recreational Commercialization
- Support new product launches and commercialization initiatives.
- Develop trade marketing and retailer support programs.
- Create sales materials, product education resources, and promotional assets.
- Assist with provincial product launches and market expansion activities.
Marketing & Communications
- Manage marketing calendars and campaign execution.
- Develop sales and marketing assets to support the Company’s medical, recreational, and international export channels.
- Coordinate agencies, designers, photographers, and other external vendors.
- Oversee corporate content, digital assets, and marketing materials.
- Support public relations, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Develop presentations, sales tools, news releases and promotional materials.
- Track campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
Corporate Brand & Communications
- Lead the overall Herbal Dispatch brand strategy and market positioning.
- Develop and manage corporate marketing initiatives.
- Oversee public relations, media outreach, and communications strategy.
- Support investor-facing communications and corporate marketing materials.
- Manage website strategy and digital brand presence.
- Build thought leadership initiatives and industry visibility.
QualificationsRequired
- 3–7 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, consumer marketing, or commercialization.
- Experience managing multiple brands and product portfolios.
- Experience coordinating product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing external agencies, contractors, and marketing partners.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce, direct-to-consumer marketing, and CRM systems.
- Experience in cannabis, consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverage alcohol, pharmaceuticals, health and wellness, nicotine alternatives, or other regulated consumer industries.
- Experience managing a portfolio of consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
- Proven ability to connect brand-building initiatives directly to revenue growth and commercial outcomes.
- Experience launching and scaling brands from early-stage growth through national distribution.
- Experience developing trade marketing programs and supporting retail sales channels.
- Public company experience.
- International marketing or commercialization experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
