Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our organization. This role supports is vital in fostering a positive employee experience. The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing expert guidance on talent management and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
1. Full cycle recruitment
2. Respond to employee requests and inquiries.
3. Support managers with employee issues, including conflict resolution, conducting investigations and issuing discipline.
4. Maintain and update employee information in our HRIS.
5. Provide guidance and coaching to Managers and Supervisors.
6. Develop and administer policies and programs.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Make recommendations in the areas of employee engagement and process improvement.
9. Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
10. HR administrative duties, such as invoice processing.
11. Will comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Post-secondary education in Human Resources, CHRP certification is an asset.
· 2+ years experience with full cycle recruitment.
· Experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset.
· Knowledge of Employment Law & Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Industrial Establishments.
· Possess excellent communication skills.
· Capable of multi-tasking and working with limited timelines on occasion.
· Friendly and professional.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and excel
· Manufacturing environment familiarity
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
