N3ST is Calgary's top-rated exterior cleaning company — window cleaning, gutter cleaning, soft-wash, and permanent LED lighting. We're growing fast and need someone who can close.
Here's the deal:
You knock doors, you close sales, you get paid. 25% commission on every job you close. Average ticket is $260-$350, so that's $65-$87 in your pocket per sale.
Sign someone up for our Nest Care membership? That's an extra $20 bonus, stacked on top.
Hit your quota, you're done for the day. No sitting around till 5pm to look busy. Close your numbers, go home. We only care about results.
What you can realistically make starting out:
- Casual pace (2 sales/day): ~$130/day
- Full send (4 sales/day): ~$260/day
- Grinding it (5-6 sales/day): ~$300-375/day
And once you're really dialed in? Our best days on record hit $500+ in commission in a single day — that's the real ceiling here, and it's not hypothetical.
What we need from you:
- You can talk to strangers and not be weird about it
- You can handle a "no" and keep moving
- You've got a car
- You want to make real money, not punch a clock
What you don't need:
- A resume full of corporate jargon
- Experience in "exterior cleaning" specifically — we'll train you on the product
- Patience for micromanagement — we don't do that here
If you've done D2D, retail sales, gym sales, timeshares, whatever — you already have the skill. Bring it here where the payout is real and the product sells itself.
