HM Scenic Landscaping Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and skilled laborer to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently, take initiative, and help deliver high-quality landscaping projects for our clients.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have previous landscaping experience and be confident completing tasks with minimal supervision. When a foreman is not on-site, this individual should be capable of understanding project requirements and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of landscaping and hardscaping tasks
- Assist with site preparation, grading, planting, and property improvements
- Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
- Follow project plans and complete assigned tasks independently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping experience required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
- Experience operating landscaping equipment is considered a strong asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to travel and meet at the shop
- Valid driver's license is preferred
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, seasonal position
- Immediate start available
