About the Role
Chinook Cheese is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Floor Associates to join our team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced food production environment where you’ll help produce and package high-quality dairy products while maintaining our very high standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Responsibilities
Package and label finished products
Prepare orders for shipping and distribution
Maintain a clean and organized production facility
Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
Physically capable of lifting, standing, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and available to work varying shifts and overtime when required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar environment is considered an asset but is not required
