Overview
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Stone Polisher to join our fabrication team. Must have experience in the stone industry, and be physically fit for the work.
The job is fast-paced with variable hours. You will work on-site at our factory in Delta.
Ashtech Stoneworks is a well-established and growing stone countertop company located in Delta, BC. We manufacture and install stones for the multifamily construction market.

Responsibilities
- Operate polishing machinery and hand tools to smooth and finish stone surfaces according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards
- Follow strict safety protocols when handling heavy equipment and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Must have experience in the stone industry
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment such as forklifts will be an asset
- Honesty, good work ethic and willingness to problem-solve
- Must be a team player and maintain good working relationships with the team
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods
- Commitment to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
