```Job Summary```
We are seeking a female OR male Operations Administrator to join our team. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
```Duties```
- Greeting visitors and providing them with information or assistance
- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records
- Assisting with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate databases
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Providing general administrative support such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
```Requirements```
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Experience with data entry and maintaining databases
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mailing
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software
Arabic speaking is an added value.
Driving License is a Must
