MUD INC is currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join our growing team. With large projects coming up, we are looking for a motivated leader with strong experience in underground water and sewer construction to help support our continued growth. This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term stability and opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
- Lead crews on watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower
- Read and interpret drawings and grade information
- Communicate with project managers, operators, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Foreman in civil construction
- Strong knowledge of underground water and sewer installation
- Ability to read drawings and shoot grade.
- Ability to lead and motivate crews
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
