Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Brampton, ON (Onsite)

Compensation:Up to CAD 115K/ year on Fulltime
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in HCM implementations and payroll. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver and support HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams to gather requirements
- Provide functional expertise to align Oracle Fusion HCM with business needs
- Work on HCM implementations, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting
- Handle production support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
- Manage data integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Data Integrator
- Oversee data conversion (workforce structure, worker data, contracts, salaries)
- Document processes, configurations, and workflows (especially Benefits)
- Train end users and mentor junior consultants
- Act as SME for Benefits in transformation initiatives
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Techno-Functional)
- Payroll experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher & OTBI
- Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, and integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and support experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
