Founded in 1984, Vimich Traffic Logistics Inc. is a third-party logistics provider committed to putting manufacturers’ needs first. We help small to mid-sized companies achieve the efficiency, scale, and cost savings typically available to Fortune 500 organizations.
Our Freight Management division is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, relationship-focused individual to join our team in Tecumseh, ON. At Vimich, you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where you’ll help businesses find smarter transportation solutions while building valuable skills in sales, logistics, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build Relationships & Develop Business
- Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their shipping needs and introduce tailored logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Become a trusted partner by understanding customer goals and providing value-driven solutions.
Learn & Grow in Logistics
- Develop a strong understanding of transportation, freight management, and supply chain solutions.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Continue building industry knowledge and sales skills through hands-on experience.
Drive Results
- Proactively pursue new opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Take ownership of goals and contribute to company growth.
- Bring creativity, persistence, and a positive attitude to a growing team.
Qualifications
- A passion for sales, customer relationships, and the logistics industry.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or account management is an asset.
- Transportation or logistics experience is an asset, but we are open to candidates who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to build a successful career.
