Our client is a respected and growing precision machining company known for delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Crankshaft Machinist / Cylindrical Grinder to join their team.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate cylindrical grinding equipment to machine crankshafts and other precision components.
- Inspect, measure, and verify finished parts to ensure compliance with tight tolerances.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform crankshaft grinding, polishing, and finishing operations.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent quality throughout production.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Crankshaft Machinist, Cylindrical Grinder, or Precision Machinist.
- Hands-on experience with cylindrical grinding is required.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tolerances, and precision measurement.
- Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
