Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in small engine repair. The role involves heavy lifting and utilizing hand tools to perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment such as mowers, chainsaws, motorcycles, utvs/atvs, skid steers, trailers, and more.
Pay based on experience.
Duties:
- Perform diagnostic tests on machinery and motorcycles
- Conduct repairs on engines, transmission systems, and hydraulic components
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of services performed
- Work closely with the service writer
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Small Engine Mechanic
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
