Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Prior experience is not required but is a plus; training will be provided to ensure you are equipped for the responsibilities of the role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment
- Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing activities as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Help with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support team members in completing daily tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior experience in general labour or construction is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
