Temple Metal Roofs is looking for a Project Manager who thrives on structure, communication, and getting things done right.
Reports to: VP of Construction / Director of Projects & Foreman
Summary: Organize the project so everything and everyone is ready to succeed. Handle planning, budgets, schedules, materials, and team coordination. Keep detailed records, manage costs, build strong relationships with all involved (crew, clients, vendors), and ensure the project finishes on time, on budget, and better than expected.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Give Foreman and crew clear technical info, instructions, and support.
· Help train Foremen in planning, delegation, and admin tasks.
· Build and update weekly project schedules with milestones, deliveries, and staffing.
· Schedule workers and coordinate with VP on project flow.
· Oversee quality of all work.
· Order materials on time, especially long-lead items; track deliveries.
· Stay on top of safety records and issues with Foreman and safety team.
· Hire, place, and build production crews.
· Write clear scopes of work for new jobs, changes, or contracts.
· Set weekly goals with Foreman; track progress daily.

· Review time logs (Job Tread) and report productivity/costs.
· Monitor daily output and adjust as needed.
· Create and update project budget; track all costs (labor, materials, travel, etc.).
· Help resolve crew conflicts.
· Keep clients happy and share key updates with Foreman.
· Decide who attends site/planning meetings and follow up on action items.
· Prepare monthly invoices with clear descriptions; send to accounting.
· Notify accounting when work is done for fast billing.
· Follow up on payments with clients.
· Help improve company systems and operations.
· Join training and keep learning.
· Live the company values and policies.

· Possess valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License
· Physically fit able to lift 50Lbs
