Top Mechanical Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Plumber to work our sites across the GTA. Top Mechanical Ltd. is a plumbing contractor with projects in the commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and residential sectors of construction. Projects range from small renovations, fit outs, to large scale plaza new builds and industrial warehouses. A small portion of our work involves custom homes and renovations.
As a plumber or skilled apprentice your duties would include:
Working on our mid size to large commercial sites, you will may be traveling to multiple sites per day
Working with a team of 1-5 apprentices and plumbers
Completing plumbing installations to code
Qualifications (required):
Fully licensed plumber
Thorough knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Plumbing Code
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineer, architectural drawings
Good computer skills
Strong command of the English language
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$65.00 per hour
