As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversee the business operations of the organization.
Position Summary
The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operational performance of the organization. This leadership role oversees human resources, finance, administration, patient experience, marketing, facility management, and business systems while working closely with ownership to achieve organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader who excels at building high-performing teams, creating accountability, improving systems, and driving measurable results.

- Experience in dental is considered an asset.
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
