Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter and plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for apartment turn overs and project :applying plaster , paint, coatings, and finishes within a dedicated timeframe .
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, plastering ,sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply primers, paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools, spray paint tools, to assemble or repair parts prior to painting
- Perform quality inspections to ensure finishes meet specifications and standards
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose properly .
