Job purpose
The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of the Marketing and Customer Service team. The Customer Service Representative conducts research, administers retention programs, manages social media assets, assists with community building, provides accurate reporting and helps to administer the day-to-day Marketing and Customer Service requirements of Towers Realty Group and all of its divisions.
The following is a brief description of the general nature of the position:
- Responsible for the timely implementation of customer service and retention programs in accordance with Towers Realty groups mission, vision and values.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring complete and accurate information in all external communications.
- Responsible for administering online portal accounts for all Towers Residents in our Residential and Condominium Departments
- Responsible for online reputation management for Towers Realty Group and its companies.
Duties and responsibilities
Tenant and client communications through Resident newsletter and client email lists and in building communications,
- Providing beginning to end customer service to all Towers Realty Group customers, internal and external,
- Help to develop and plan community building events for Towers Realty Group properties,
Manage and respond to emails received through info@ and website channels,
- Keep complete and accurate records of all transactions and customer service measures employed in fulfilling the above,
- Research new advertising options,
- Answering of phone calls and timely responses to email inquiries,
- Reviewing/editing of documents as requested,
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform this position.
Qualifications include:
- 1 to 2 years customer service experience required,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required,
- Knowledge of internet and social media marketing best practices preferred,
- Ability to work with minimal to no supervision,
- Excellent time management skills,
- Proficient with Microsoft Office,
- Must have a working vehicle and class 5 Drivers license.
