Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced installer who knows what they’re doing with PPF and vinyl wraps. You should be comfortable working on high-end vehicles and delivering clean, precise installs without supervision.
Responsibilities
- Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) (full front, partial, full body)
- Perform vinyl wrap installations (partial & full wraps)
- Prep vehicles properly (cleaning, decontamination, panel prep)
- Handle edges, corners, and complex curves cleanly
- Identify and correct imperfections during installs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PPF and/or vinyl wrapping
- Strong attention to detail (no bubbles, no lifting edges, no shortcuts)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience working on luxury or performance vehicles is preferred
- Reliable and professional attitude
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Window tinting experience
- Ceramic coating / detailing experience
- Experience with bulk installs or plotter cutting (XPEL, 3M, etc.)
