We are searching for an exceptional Software Inside Sales Support person to support current and future customers and sales team. As part of the Compugen team, you will be working with many skilled and focused team members, ranging from Inside Sales Representatives and Licensing Specialists that will benefit and help you in furthering your knowledge and experience with key publisher Licensing and grow within the organization.

- Order entry and order management

Respect all contractual SLAs for order entry and management

Work with Inside Sales Rep’s to facilitate accurately entering valid customer purchase orders into Compugen’s procurement system ensuring a high degree of order accuracy (pricing, margins, cost, quantities, PO #, ship to, bill to)

Respect order entry specific requirements for customer reporting and royalty payments

Primary focus on order entry of Microsoft, Trend Micro, VMware software; however, will be engaged in other vendors as well
-
Working with distribution and/or the Compugen buyer on line-item cancellations, customer cancellation, EOL/discontinued product, etc…

Request queue management for Eastern team

Contact sales on any incomplete information from purchase orders

Send email product activation information to customers (some Microsoft products)

Weekly review of pending orders
-
RMA request creation and follow-up
-
Support the Software Sales team for any questions related to Order Management or ongoing requests

Provide customers information when required, such as copies of invoices and proof of orders
-
Build strong relationships and teamwork with Eastern software team
-
Monthly customer sales reports for specific vendor or record contract, including invoicing reports

Quoting for specific contracts

Microsoft CSP Renewals Management and Reporting

Request management in customer interface for specific customers

Invoicing reporting for specific customers
-
Assist with requests when Inside Sales Reps are on vacation
- Bilingual French and English (oral and written)

Excel mastering is an important asset

Post-secondary education or related experience
-
1-3 years in an administrative role (IT Industry an Asset)
