Responsibilities
- Operate laser equipment safely and effectively for a variety of cosmetic treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other laser-based procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by consulting with clients about treatment options, addressing questions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Monitor and document treatment progress, adjusting settings as needed under supervision or according to protocol
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and ensure safety
- Collaborate with team members to uphold clinic standards, manage appointments efficiently, and promote a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
- Prior experience or certification in body waxing or related skincare treatments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within a clinical or spa setting is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with an emphasis on product knowledge and client engagement
- Must be committed to adhering to all safety guidelines related to laser operation and hygiene standards
