Heavy Equipment Operators — Wheel Loader, Dozer & Excavator

We're looking for competent, experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our field and crushing operations.
Kirsch Construction (2008) Ltd. — Building Saskatchewan since 1953.
We take pride in our spreads, our iron, and our people. We're building long-term crews — not just filling seats.
Location: Various location in Saskatchewan
Schedule: 14 day on / 7 off
Wages: Depending on experience
Iron you'll work with:
- Full Cat support fleet (loaders, dozers, excavators, etc.)
- Supporting Cedarapids crushing spreads (MVP380 & 45II Cones, Jaw Plants, Screens)
What we provide:
- LOA: $60 when hotel supplied, $120/day if you bring your own accommodations

What we need:
- Valid driver's license and any required equipment certifications/tickets
- Real heavy equipment operating experience (loaders, dozers, excavators — aggregate/crushing environment an asset)
- Mechanical awareness — know your equipment and report issues early
- Strong safety mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Drug & alcohol testing, valid license and driver's abstract
