Job Summary
Reputable and established automotive repair facility is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. You will work alongside a skilled team of professionals to ensure the efficient operation of a busy automotive service centre.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary services
- Communicate directly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance
- Prepare estimates and open/close work orders
- Order, receive, and bill parts
- Schedule appointments
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
- Complete reports and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of automotive repair experience preferred
