Job Summary
HighWheeler Bakery is seeking a enthusiastic Baker to compliment our bakery production team. Must Love, people, music,good natural food and coffee.
Experienced ( Canadian Resident or Open work permit required to apply)
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for innovative and high-quality bakery faire, preparing and presentation of scratch bakery ,breads,cookie,pastry (no bake-off here)
Packaging and production experience,day or night shifts
This role involves ensuring adherence to food safety standards. The Baker will play a vital role in maintaining the bakery`s reputation for excellence while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, as a member of a team,

Responsibilities
- Pysically fit,able to stand and lift as required
- Ensure adherence to our creative menu recipes
- Participate in all aspects of baked goods preparation,baking and presentation.(Packaging)
- Be able to Collaborate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area at all times
- Embrace professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality within the bakery team
Experience
- Experience in a production bakery, lamination and pastry an asset
- Knowledge of bakery practices, food safety standards,NSFS course required
- Communication skills with a focus on teamwork in fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
