Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant with HARP certification, who is not only an excellent clinical assistant but also possesses exceptional customer service skills. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during various procedures and assisting with steri/room turnover as required. Most importantly, you will be providing outstanding care to our patients. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work harmoniously with others are essential attributes we seek in our ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:
Minimum of 2 years experience required assisting in a Canadian dental practice.
iTero Scanning is a must. Experience with Oryx is an asset (otherwise, training will be provided).
Your role and responsibilities include:
- Chair-side assisting with all procedures, taking x-rays, photography and digital scanning, sterilization, inventory managment
- Exhibit a sense of hospitality, offering personalized attention to each patient and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills and a quick ability to learn new software and technologies related to digital dentistry.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Assistant certification and HARP certification are mandatory.
- Previous experience in both dental assisting and front desk responsibilities is preferred.
- iTero Experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in using dental software and computers is required, with a quick ability to learn new technologies (Oryx and iTero).
- Excellent verbal and dental specific communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Neat, professional appearance and demeanor.
- CPR and IPAC Certified.
