Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT professional with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, maintenance and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application. The role involves ensuring the system’s optimal performance, support, security and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, BI reporting and SQL.
As a Senior Systems Analyst (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) [Temporary 12 months]:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Dynamics 365 F&O and other integrated finance applications
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs
- Assist with the implementation of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to ensure successful project and enhancement delivery
- Troubleshoot system behavior anomalies, determine root cause, and the appropriate technical resolution
- Plan and execute system upgrades and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to recommend improvements and optimizations
- Follow change management processes, including the creation and review of change requests
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures
- Provide operational activities when required after-hours and on weekends
- Other relevant duties as assigned and required

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Senior Systems Analyst (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) [Temporary 12 months]? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
- 5+ years professional experience administering ERP systems with a specialization in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O, business analysis, system configuration, and data management.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and user support
- Strong understanding of Business accounting and financial processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL including SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, stored procedures and other SQL functions
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integration tools and techniques
- Experience managing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders

We benchmark regularly across a wide spectrum of roles, industries, sectors, and levels to ensure our ranges are both competitive and current. But we don’t stop there. We also consider the unique strengths, experiences, and impact each individual brings to the table. Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $87,300–$120,100 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
