Job Summary
We are hiring a certified Counterbalance Forklift Operator for a contract opportunity in a busy automotive parts manufacturing and warehouse environment in Alliston. This role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who is confident loading trailers, working safely in a fast-paced setting, and supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse and automotive manufacturing environment.
- Load trailers accurately while following shipping, receiving, and warehouse procedures.
- Move materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the facility as required.
- Support daily warehouse flow by staging, organizing, and transporting product to designated areas.
- Follow all workplace health and safety rules, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working around pedestrians, equipment, and active production areas.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Afternoon shift premium: $0.50 per hour.
- Schedule: 2-week rotating day and afternoon shifts.
- Day shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Current afternoon shift may include working 1 additional hour Monday to Thursday, with an end time of 2:00 a.m.
- Mandatory Saturdays may be required at times.
