Insight is currently seeking a Cardiac Lab Technologist to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a full-time temporary position for a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension, and an anticipated start date in mid-August 2026. The role will rotate between our Millwoods and Meadowlark Clinics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Verify patient identity, confirm examination requirements, and ensure appropriate preparation before procedures.

Maintain patient confidentiality, privacy, and safety throughout all examinations.

Perform cardiac testing procedures, including ECGs, MIBI and regular stress testing, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, venipuncture, and IV setup.

Complete accurate technical documentation, reports, and quality control records in a timely manner.

Ensure equipment is functioning properly, complete required routine equipment checks and maintenance activities, and report any concerns.

Adhere to health, safety, infection control, radiation safety, and waste disposal policies and regulations.

Maintain radiation safety records and adequate inventory of supplies, medications, and materials.

Support efficient patient flow, workflow improvement, and a positive, respectful team environment.

Communicate scheduling needs (vacation, sick leave, appointments) to the Cardiac Supervisor.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through routine housekeeping.

Qualifications:

Current registration or certification in good standing as a CLXT, Cardiology Technologist or Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP), as applicable.

Experience performing ECGs, stress testing, venipuncture and IV setup.

Current CPR and ACLS certifications are required.
