This is not a passive retail role. We are looking for individuals who are confident approaching customers, closing sales, and showing up ready to perform every shift.
What This Role Involves
- Actively approaching and engaging mall shoppers
- Recommending fragrances based on customer preferences
- Demonstrating products and closing sales
- Meeting and exceeding daily sales targets
- Maintaining a clean, professional kiosk presentation
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual — attendance is critical
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
- Sales-driven mindset (you enjoy earning more by selling more)
- Available for evenings and weekends
