We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant with a focus on golf travel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking exceptional golf vacations, providing expert advice and personalized service to ensure memorable experiences. Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, especially related to golf destinations and courses
- Develop customized travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, and golf packages
- Provide expert recommendations on golf courses, resorts, and travel options based on client needs and budgets
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and golf tee times accurately and efficiently
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email delivering exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
- Stay informed about the latest trends in golf travel destinations and industry offerings
- Assist clients with travel documentation, visas, and other necessary arrangements
- Follow up post-travel to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of golf destinations, courses, and related hospitality services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for golf and travel with a desire to help clients create memorable experiences
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for booking accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends
- Previous experience with hotel bookings or hospitality services is a plus
