Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and goods to various destinations while maintaining excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity to operate a variety of vehicles and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to safety standards. Candidates with experience in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, or automotive repair are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and freight vehicles to deliver goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues
- Perform minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle operability
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities
- Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory management and freight handling when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial truck driving experience required
- Minimum 1 year of MELT (Mandatory Entry-Level Training) experience/certification required
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL/AZ/) with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual (standard) transmission vehicles required
- Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, or automotive repair skills is an asset
- Experience in freight transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including long shifts and weekends when required

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
