Everco Windows and Doors is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based compensation structure.
Everco specialises in premium aluminium and hybrid window, door, and façade systems for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Our products are designed for performance, durability, energy efficiency, and modern architectural appeal, with a focus on supporting contractors, developers, architects, and property owners from planning through installation.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotes, following up on project opportunities, and representing Everco professionally with builders, contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners.
This is a commission-based position. Experience in the window, door, construction, or building materials industry is required. Seniors and highly experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and residential clients
- Responding to inquiries and identifying client needs
- Preparing and following up on quotes
- Promoting Everco’s aluminium and hybrid window and door systems
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate project information and smooth client service
- Visiting job sites, showrooms, or client offices when required
- Tracking leads, opportunities, and project follow ups
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven sales experience in windows, doors, construction, building materials, or a related industry
- Existing knowledge of the window and door business
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence speaking with contractors, architects, developers, and homeowners
- Ability to read basic project information, measurements, or specifications
- Strong organisation and follow up skills
- A professional, reliable, and motivated attitude
- A valid driver’s licence is an asset
