XMC is looking for enthusiastic and confident Brand Ambassadors to be apart of our 2026 Summer Team! You will be representing the hottest brands at events like Calgary Stampede, Badlands.
Team Leads are senior representatives of our clients’ brands and play a key role in delivering high-quality executions in the field. Team Leads support the success of the activation by leading Brand Ambassadors, ensuring program standards are met, and acting as the main on-site point of contact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, takes ownership of results, and takes pride in delivering strong, consistent execution.
Compensation: 28/hour
Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand(s) in a positive, professional, and engaging manner
- Interact with the public to promote brand awareness and educate consumers
- Distribute promotional materials, product samples, or giveaways
- Collect customer feedback, survey responses, or lead info during events
- Submit event recaps, including photos, metrics, and feedback to the team
