Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher and Sous Chef with at least 3 years of experience to support our cooking classes. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment during and after classes and have the opportunity to work with professional chefs from all over the mainland.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organized
- Assist with basic kitchen cleanup before and after classes
- Some food prep with chefs
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of dishwashing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads
- Experience in a culinary school, cooking class or restaurant setting is a plus.
