We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of soon to open luxury thermal spa. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As Spa Director, you will be responsible for leading a large team across multiple departments, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the spa environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the leadership teams in spa operations, food and beverage, maintenance, front desk, and housekeeping to ensure smooth daily operations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with brand standards and industry best practices
- Oversee guest services to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Mentor and inspire senior leaders in your business and collaborate with senior leaders across the resort operation.
- Oversee the financials from budgeting and sales targets to ensuring daily financial reconciliations are accurate
- Coordinate staff training programs focused on hospitality excellence, product knowledge, and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations
- Promote retail and food and beverage offerings to enhance guest experience while enhance revenue streams
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and positive reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury hotel or spa management setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop leaders
- Guest focused leadership with world class execution
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with guests and staff alike
- Budgeting experience with attention to accuracy in labour, cost of goods and operational cost controls
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to spa operations
- A passion for wellness, relaxation, and leading best in class service standards is highly desirable
Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
